• Minimum order value for Tamil Nadu is INR 2000/- and for other states, the minimum order value will be INR 5000/-
• JCS Crackers do not ship crackers to the cities where crackers are banned
• You can use the website to check desired products in cart and drop your enquiry
• Once we receive the enquiry, our customer care executive will call you to confirm and provide you with the delivery details within 24 hours
• Products will be dispatched only after the entire payment is made
• No credit terms
• Customer has to bear the delivery charges
• If your pin code does not lie within the range of door delivery area, then you will be instructed to collect the parcels from the parcel services only
• 15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will berefunded)
• Goods will be packed only in special cartons

If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 5 hours of placing the order.
If you have already paid for the order, the amount will be refunded back to your account within 14 working days
